BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Three years ago, I was the bride buried in seating charts, timelines, and what felt like a million tiny details. I quickly learned how easy it is to get caught up in the logistics instead of being fully present for the moments that matter most.
On my wedding day, my coordinator handled everything seamlessly, allowing me to simply enjoy every laugh, happy tears, and memory with the people I love most.
While planning my own wedding, I also began working alongside
AT Romance as a wedding coordinator, where I learned firsthand what it takes to make a wedding day feel effortless — from behind the scenes.
Those two experiences stayed with me, and I wanted to create something of my own. After three years as a coordinator, I'm so excited to officially introduce With Care.
My goal is to give you the same gift my coordinator gave me: the organization, support, and attention to detail that allows you to step away from the logistics and truly experience your wedding day.
Because every couple deserves to feel cared for — not just celebrated.

Once you fill out my inquiry form, I'll reach out about availability and get a date on the books for our initial call! You'll share your story with me — what support you're looking for — and I'll answer any questions you have. From there, I'll send over a custom quote and contract based on your vision. Once the contract is signed and the 50% deposit is in, we can get the party started!

I'm mainly offering services within the San Francisco Bay Area, but I'm open to traveling for the right event! If you're outside the area, just reach out and let's talk. Distance shouldn't stop us from working together!

I'm happy to help set up personal items and smaller decor pieces! For larger installations — like arches, backdrops, or other big decor elements — I recommend working with your florist or a specialized decor vendor. Trust me, they've got the muscle (and the tools) for that job!
